Chester M. King

Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications and Registrations:
BSc (Hons) – Biomechanics 

Chester King is a co-owner of the International Group of companies which operates International Hospitals Group.

Chester has over 28 years senior management experience within the healthcare, advertising, marketing, sports, esports and leisure industries. 

He is a Trade Advisor Group member to
the UK Government’s Department of International Trade (DIT).

Simon Ashworth

Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications and Registrations:
BSc (Hons) – University of West of England

Diploma member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

Simon is the Chief Operations Officer of international Hospitals Group and has in excess of 35 years experience in construction and healthcare.

Simon has led construction and delivery teams in healthcare capital projects (to $1B) in the UK and Middle East regions and led the Consultant team on the 720 bed Al Ain Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Hisham A. Rahman

Global Medical Director

Qualifications:​
M.B.,B.Ch. MRCOG, FRCOG​

Hisham has over 30 years in clinical and hospital management experiences. He was a former Public & Private Healthcare CEO in a NHS Hospital and Circle International. He is consultant gynaecologist in the Cambridge hospital and a programme director at the Mløller institute, Churchill College, Cambridge. ​

He is currently an expert consultant to several international healthcare organizations, providing experience and training in hospital operations management.​

Peter Richards

Group Consultancy Director China Commercial Business Development

Qualifications and Registrations:
BSc (Hons) – London University, MBA – Cardiff Business School

Peter is currently IHG’s Group Consultancy Director with over 27 years’ experience in international healthcare. 

Peter has successfully completed over 100 assignments and has worked in over 20 countries. He has also been involved in interim management positions at operational healthcare facilities managed by IHG.

Stuart Hembury

Group Development and Commissioning Director Chief Medical planner

Qualifications and Registrations:
BSc (Hons) – Swansea University

Stuart has managed IHG’s equipping services for the past 32 years and has a track record of hospital related projects before joining IHG.

He has also led IHG’s commissioning and IT projects for the last 15 years working in Oman, Uzbekistan, China, Bahrain, Ghana and Vietnam. Stuart personally developed the IHG equipment scheduling software, which has been used in over 25 projects.

Paul Llewellyn

Commercial Director

Qualifications and Registrations:
ACMA

Paul is a qualified accountant with extensive knowledge of sales, marketing and strategic business planning. 

He joined International Hospitals Group in 2003 and has been based throughout Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana and Libya, Oman and at the UK Head Office, working on various healthcare projects where he is responsible for all financial and commercial aspects of the Company’s operations. 

Graham Mills

Construction Director

Graham joined International Hospitals Group in 2013 and has been primarily based at the UK Head Office and regularly visits IHG sites.

He is an experienced engineer, and trained construction professional that has held positions of Project Director/ Construction Director for 30 years. He has extensive experience within the industry both building and civil engineering. In particular a number of major health projects from design through to completion. He has worked on projects in Oman, Ghana and UK projects include Barts and the Royal London, Whittington, Hommerton Teaching Hospital, Newbury, North Middlesex, William Harvey and Newham Hospitals.

Milind Pradhan

Group Finance Director

– Qualified accountant and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

Milind is currently Group Finance Director for IHG and has over 33 years’ experience in development and management of international healthcare projects.

Joseph Griffiths General Counsel at International Hospitals Group

Joe Griffiths

General Counsel

Qualifications and Registrations:
– BSc. (Hons) Law at Durham University
– Qualified Solicitor England and Wales 

Joe is IHG’s General Counsel. 

He is responsible for all legal and compliance issues including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, turnkey construction and management contracts, advising on intellectual property, real estate, corporate, employment and compliance issues.

Adam is Marketing Director at International Hospitals Group, having joined the organisation in 2022.  

Adam oversees all aspects of marketing and communications for International Hospitals Group.

Nina is International Group’s IT Manager with 20+ years experience in management of IT infrastructure, operations, support and delivery of projects.

Kaedi is a Business Development Manager at International Hospitals Group, bringing more than a decade’s worth of experience in cultivating strategic relations across diverse sectors including politics, corporate enterprise, minerals, energy, sports and the creative industries.

Kaedi has overseen projects and built public and private partnerships across the globe overseeing project values over £250m. Focusing mainly on foreign direct investment into Africa.

With 20 years in the UK and 5 years experience in the South African Construction industry, Hitesh has developed a wealth of experience across multiple sectors including the High End Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Educational and Defence sectors. 

These have been across numerous Design and Build projects with some of the well known companies in the Construction industry including Landsecurities, Wates, Costain, Verry Construction and KBR.

Hitesh has worked with a number of NHS Trusts, including Royal Free, UCLH, RBCH, UHD and LNWH. These included Emergency rooms, Maternity wards, laboratories, Clean rooms, Radiopharmacy , Isolation wards and general wards.
